I had this dress made for me so the size isn't exactly accurate, but based off of what size I was at the time it's about a 6. I'm 5'3 so that you get an idea of the length. It's short sleeves. It's a 2-part dress - base dress which is super stretchy and comfortable, and a top layer which is the design. I made it SUPER lightweight, easy to walk around in, easy to dance in and really breathable. Worn once so it's in great condition.
